Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson of the Board
Robert Antokol co-founded Playtika in 2010 and has served as our Chief Executive Officer since our founding and as our Chairperson of the Board since June 2020. Mr. Antokol has overseen the expansion of our games portfolio, the successful transition to mobile, and an employee base that grew from less than 50 to more than 3,700 employees. In 2011, only 13 months after founding Playtika, he successfully oversaw the sale of Playtika to Caesar’s Interactive Entertainment (CIE), and in 2016, Mr. Antokol oversaw the sale of Playtika from CIE to a consortium of investors led by Giant. Mr. Antokol also serves on the board of directors of several private companies. Mr. Antokol received his Practical Engineering degree from Ort Braude College.
Craig Abrahams is Playtika’s President and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Abrahams has overseen several of the company’s acquisitions, including Buffalo Studios (makers of Bingo Blitz), EA Mobile Montreal (makers of World Series of Poker) and Pacific Interactive (makers of House of Fun). Previously, Mr. Abrahams served as Chief Financial Officer of Caesars Acquisition Company from 2013 to 2017. From 2011 to 2016, Mr. Abrahams served as Co-founder, President and Chief Financial Officer of Caesars Interactive Entertainment (CIE), where he helped lead CIE’s purchase of Playtika in 2011. His previous experience includes strategic planning and investment banking roles at The Walt Disney Company and Bear, Stearns & Co. Mr. Abrahams holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University with High Distinction and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School with Distinction.
Ofer Kinberg is Playtika’s Chief Revenue Officer, where he oversees and aligns all studios, marketing activities, and new game creation to ensure our strategies remain effective and maximize profitability. Previously, Mr. Kinberg served as our General Manager of Slotomania where he was responsible for managing the strategy, tactics and continued development of Slotomania, our largest game. Previously, Mr. Kinberg served as our Vice President, Marketing and Monetization and Vice President, Customer Relationship Management and Analytics. Prior to joining Playtika, Mr. Kinberg served as the Director of Customer Relationship Management at Neogames, and in the elite Israeli military unit 8200. Mr. Kinberg holds a bachelor of science degree in statistics from Tel Aviv University.
Shlomi Aizenberg is Playtika’s Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Mr. Aizenberg oversees the organizational aspect of the business including people, technology and Operations. Previously, Mr. Aizenberg served as the General Manager of the Bingo Blitz business unit, managing the strategy, tactics and continued development of the game during a period of rapid growth. Prior to joining Playtika, Mr. Aizenberg served as Vice President of Marketing and SaaS Strategy of easy2comply, and Vice President of Marketing at Give2gether.com. Mr. Aizenberg holds a bachelor of science degree in political science and international relations from Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya and an M.B.A. from the College of Management Academic Studies in Rishon LeZion, Israel.
Michael Cohen is Playtika’s Chief Legal Officer. Prior to this role, Mr. Cohen served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Caesars Acquisition Company. Mr. Cohen previously worked at Latham & Watkins LLP and holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law.
Nir Korczak is Playtika’s Chief Marketing Officer and joined the company as part of Playtika’s acquisition of the mobile advertising company Aditor, LTD in 2017. Mr. Korczak is responsible for developing and executing our comprehensive marketing plan, including strategy, recruitment and processes to facilitate our growth. Prior to serving as Chief Executive Officer of Aditor, Mr. Korczak served as Head of Exports Sectors at Google Israel. Mr. Korczak holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering management and information systems from Ben Gurion University and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.
Erez Rachmil is Playtika’s Chief Technology Officer. Erez specializes in building out operations at scale and in his new role as CTO, Rachmil will oversee Playtika’s technology roadmap, at a time when the company is experiencing strong growth and expansion. Most recently, Rachmil served as Senior Vice President of Research and Development for Playtika’s Casual games division. With over 20 years of experience in technology and IT, Rachmil’s background also includes roles at large corporations such as HP and Amdocs, as well as fast-growing startups like 888. Rachmil holds a B.A in Management from Ben Gurion University.
Gili Brudno is Playtika’s Chief Human Resources Officer. She is responsible for shaping Playtika’s culture and developing best practices and processes designed to maintain Playtika as an attractive employer that inspires the world’s most passionate talent. As a seasoned human resources leader with more than 20 years of experience ranging from startups to multinational Fortune 500 companies, Gili brings strong business acumen and a resolve for building effective leadership, influencing a culture of innovation and driving value through people. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at BioCatch and previously as VP of HR at SAP. Gili obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from the College of Management Academic Studies in Israel and her M.B.A. from the Paris School of Business.
