Eric Rapps

Eric Rapps is Playtika’s Chief Strategy Officer, where he oversees the company’s strategy, acquisitions, investments, and new businesses. Previously, Mr. Rapps served as Vice-President, Corporate Development where he helped lead our expansion into Casual Games through the acquisitions of Jelly Button Ltd., Wooga GmbH, Supertreat GmbH, and Seriously Holding Corp. as well as additional technology and AI asssets. Mr. Rapps has also been a key contributor to our capital markets transactions including our $2.16 billion IPO, debt issuances and refinancings. Most recently, Mr. Rapps oversaw the acquisition and integration of Reworks Oy. Prior to Playtika, Mr. Rapps served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of Caesars Interactive Entertainment, the former owner of Playtika. Mr. Rapps holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from McGill University, graduating with Joint Honors and Distinction and speaks three languages: English, Hebrew, and French.
